Engineering Plan Review / Public Improvements Permit
The Engineering Division performs civil site improvement plan review and construction permitting of private development projects which require improvements to or expansion of streets, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, water mains, or other improvements in the public right-of-way or in a public utility easement. Plan Review and Public Improvement Permits are to ensure conformance to the City's standards, State and Federal construction standards and requirements, general engineering best practices.
