Warrants
If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest issued by St. Helens Municipal Court, then you may turn yourself in to the Columbia County Jail or at the St. Helens Municipal Court during business hours.
- If you turn yourself in to the Court on a Tuesday between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., you should be able to see the judge that day.
- If you turn yourself in at any other time you may be taken into custody and transported to the Columbia County Jail. You will be held in jail until you appear before the judge or you may post security and be released with a court date.
- You will be assessed a $50 warrant fee.
