Warrants

If you have an outstanding warrant for your arrest issued by St. Helens Municipal Court, then you may turn yourself in to the Columbia County Jail or at the St. Helens Municipal Court during business hours.

  • If you turn yourself in to the Court on a Monday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. or Tuesday/Thursday between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., you might see the judge that day.
  • If you turn yourself in at any other time you may be taken into custody and transported to the Columbia County Jail.  You will be held in jail until you appear before the judge or you may post security and be released.
  • You will be assessed a $50 warrant fee.
