Criminal Offenses

A criminal offense is a misdemeanor offense where you could serve jail time.  Examples of those offenses include but are not limited to:  Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), Hit and Run, Reckless Driving, Assault in the Fourth Degree, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.

Penalties

Maximum Penalty: Jail and/or Fine
Class A Misdemeanor 1 year $6,250
Class B Misdemeanor 6 months   $2,500
Class C Misdemeanor 30 days   $1,250
Contempt 6 months   $500
