Our mission is to guarantee all persons accused of violations or crimes their constitutional rights to a fair and speedy judicial process while preserving their dignity, as well as protecting the rights of the citizens of St. Helens.  We strive to provide defendants with the tools they need to successfully complete their court requirements.

The court staff can answer questions about court schedules, bail amounts, general procedure, and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice.

Beginning February 1, 2012  through April 13, 2012, the St. Helens Municipal Court is offering a Fine Amnesty Program. If you have unpaid fines in the St. Helens Municipal Court that have resulted in the suspension of your driving privileges and/or have been referred to a collection agency, this short term program may help you. All qualifying accounts will be eligible for up to a 25% discount if paid in full. You can find out more information about the program here.
