Applications for park use

Park Use Permit Application     

     For general use of any city park, i.e., birthdays, weddings, picnics, reunions

Exclusive Use Permit Application

For exclusive use of ball fields for more than two consecutive weeks (usually softball or soccer leagues)

Special Use Permit Application

For any other use, including festivals, walks, parades, or any combination of use of parks and city right-of-way.

Petition for Temporary Street Closure

Use to request temporary closure of streets for special events.

Policy and Application for Placement of Items in Public Parks (benches, etc.)
                                 Use to request placement of donation item in public park, i.e., memorial benches)
